Huge, velvety black-violet SPIDER with a large green throat. This 11" bloom has a 14" wingspan. 2010 winner of the Harris Olson Spider award for being the most outstanding spider. 45 buds and 6-way branching.

This daylilly is so beautiful that it keeps disappearing from my yard. I love this daylily because it is so big and beautiful and also because my last dog's name was Velvet. These plants coming from Homestead Farm Nursery are really big, healthy plants.
