GUARANTEE: We guarantee the plants to be healthy and true to name and are in top condition for planting. Upon receiving your plants, inspect them carefully and if not completely satisfied, return stock with labels attached immediately and we will replace them or refund the purchase price. However, we cannot be responsible for plants lost due to conditions beyond our control, such as environmental extremes, poor cultural practice, or neglect on the part of the planter.

GENERAL INFORMATION: Homestead Farms is a state inspected mail order perennial plant nursery. Plants may be purchased on-line, by mail, email or telephone. Our website also contains a printable order form that may be used for mail orders. Plants and other products listed on our website are in good supply but invariably some will sell quick, so please order early to insure delivery.

Note on Bonus Plants
We no longer send out Daylily Bonus Plants on Daylily orders. Because of the increase in daylily sales our supply of many cultivars (especially newer varieties) became very limited which made it increasingly harder to send out nice bonus plants. When possible, we will send you extra fans of the plants you ordered!

SHIPPING AND HANDLING: Plants are normally shipped UPS ground (some cases USPS Priority Mail). UPS ground is $25.00 for all orders. Priority mail is $12.00 plus $1.00 per plant. For Priority Mail please call the nursery or email your order as our website will only process UPS shipping.

Peonies - September, October and November

We schedule your shipment as near the time you wish (within dates given above), otherwise the orders will be filled in sequence received.

SUBSTITUTIONS: We always comply with your written instructions. We substitute only when necessary and when no written instructions to the contrary have been given. The substitute value is always equal to or greater than the item ordered. We reserve the right to substitute on "special collections."
