GUARANTEE: We freshly dig each order and guarantee the plants to be healthy and true to name and are in top condition for planting. Upon receiving your plants, inspect them carefully and if not completely satisfied, return stock with labels attached immediately and we will replace them or refund the purchase price. However, we cannot be responsible for plants lost due to conditions beyond our control, such as environmental extremes, poor cultural practice, or neglect on the part of the planter. GENERAL INFORMATION: Homestead Farms is a state inspected perennial plant nursery. Plants may be purchased by mail, telephone, e-mail or directly in the garden (See our "About Us" page for nursery hours and a map). Plants and other products listed on our web site are in good supply but invariably some will sell quick, so please order early to insure delivery. TELEPHONE ORDERS: Best time to call is Monday thru Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. CST. Local phone/fax 573-437-4277, or phone/fax toll free at 1-888-314-3148 (fax anytime). If nobody answers, please leave your name & number and we will get back with you as soon as possible. Please be patient, we are very busy, especially during the shipping season. MAIL ORDERS: Use our Printable Order Form (use the "back" button on your browser to return here) or use your own stationery and send your order to: Homestead Farms 3701 Hwy. EE Owensville, MO 65066 PAYMENT: We accept Mastercard, Visa, and Discover or enclose a check or money order payable to Homestead Farms. SALES TAX: MO residents add 5.6% sales tax. SHIPPING AND HANDLING: All plants are normally shipped regular UPS. However, we recommend UPS Air Delivery to the following states: AK, AZ, CA, HI, ID, MT, NV, OR, UT, WA. Regular UPS is $9.50 for orders of $75 or less, $15.00 for orders of $76 to $200 and $20.00 for all orders over $200. UPS Air Delivery is $20.00 plus $1.00 per plant. Priority mail is $8.50 plus 50 cents per plant. Please add the appropriate shipping charge to your order. SHIPPING DATES:
We schedule your shipment as near the time you wish (within dates given above), otherwise the orders will be filled in sequence received. If your order includes both spring and fall items, please include an extra shipping charge as we must make two different shipments. ORDER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: Consider your canceled check as an acknowledgement, or send a SAS postcard. SUBSTITUTIONS: We always comply with your written instructions. We substitute only when necessary and when no written instructions to the contrary have been given. The substitute value is always equal to or greater than the item ordered. We reserve the right to substitute on "special collections." BONUS PLANTS ONLY WITH DAYLILY ORDERS: We ship nice daylily bonus plants for daylily orders over $30.00. Bonus plants will be chosen from your substitution list included with your order when feasible. Bonus is ultimately growers choice but suggestions are appreciated.
